It's a term everyone is hearing and saying more: Internet Marketing.
How has your company handled this shift from "traditional" marketing to the buzz of the internet?
See, it's not enough to just have a Facebook business page, or an email list - if you aren't active and informative on a consistent level, you lose your audience.
Lost audience = lost revenue. It really is that simple.
Take a look at some of the stats on this infographic.
Where does your company fit into this?
So how have you done in these areas? If your social media campaign includes Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube, you've got a good foundation there. What about your blog? If your schedule is consistent and your posts are informative, great job! Feel free to add a little humour into your posts, it makes you and your company look more human.
One key thing: we really can't stress this enough but internet marketing is not about hitting your audience with sales and specials and the "buy, buy, buy" messages. If you're doing your marketing right, your clients will find you.
